Italy is completely integrated into our multimodal service network. Frequent rail shuttles connect the Rotterdam rail terminal with Milan and other Italian cities. Thanks to the depots in Italy, transport can be kept at a minimum, allowing fast and cost-effective transport. We need you to coordinate the delivery and door-to-door cargo through the Italian rail terminals.

Impact our service level: providing excellent service

As a Logistics Customer Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for making the necessary arrangements to provide outstanding service to our customer. Your goal? Making sure our customers’ needs are met. You will be handling both our bookings and customer services. In order to do so, you will be sending out notices of arrival, booking in deliveries arriving in Italy, and managing the recovery of any extra costs.

Some of your responsibilities includes:

KPI’s.

Using our in-house operational system to open dossiers for every job, for all collections in Italy.

Liaising with the sales team to ensure correct information in our system.

Monitoring to ensure that they are collected on time, arrive in time, and meet the delivery as requested.

And handling rejected loads and re-stows.

Monitoring and ensuring that all quay is paid.

The Customer Services Coordinator we are looking for:

has experience in customer service or logistics.

is proficient at Microsoft Office and reporting software.

masters the Italian and English language, both verbally and written.
